PA Keystone Exams / Parent Information

"The Keystone Exams are end-of-course assessments designed to assess proficiency in various subjects. During the 2012-2013 school year the following Keystone Exams will be available: Algebra I, Literature and Biology. In future years, pending funding, additional Keystone Exams will be administered.

The Keystone Exams are one component of Pennsylvania’s proposed system of high school graduation requirements. Keystone Exams will help school districts guide students toward meeting state standards."   - Pennsylvania Department of Education, Standards Alligned System's

PA Keystone Exams will be administered May 16 to 23, 2018 from 7:50am to 9:30am.  We will follow a modified 2 hour delay schedule with normal pick up bus times.  Buses WILL NOT be on a 2 hour delay schedule. 

We will follow the Keystone Testing Exam schedule:

  • Wednesday, May 16, 2018        Algebra Keystone
  • Thursday, May 17, 2018            Algebra Keystone
  • Friday, May 18, 2018                 Biology Keystone
  • Monday, May 21, 2018              Biology Keystone
  • Tuesday, May 22, 2018             Literature Keystone
  • Wednesday, May 23, 2018        Literature Keystone

Please open the Parent Letter / Keystone Testing Schedule for instructions.  A parent letter will be sent home sometime in April, 2018 and will include information on "finals" as well.  

Please open the important Parent Information Letter as it explains about the Keystone Exams and has answers to common questions that parents may have.  It also gives important information on the use of cell phones and other electronic devices during testing.
