All high school band students are eligible to audition for the PMEA District 8 Band. This band is a prestigious ensemble where top musicians from school districts in our area come together and perform in concert! Students who make it into District 8 band can audition further to make it into Region IV Band, All State Band, and even All Eastern Band!
PMEA District 8 also hosts a Jazz Band Festival every year!

Auditions will be held on Sunday, November 16th, 2025 at the Williamsport Area High School!
